Right to Data Portability 

You have the right to obtain that the data which I process on the basis of your consent or in the framework of the execution of a contract is automatically delivered to you or to a third party in a standard format, readable by a machine. If you need a direct transfer of data to another manager, this will only be done to the extent that it is technically possible.

Expedition Stockholm will never ask you for your bank account or credit card details. Payments shall be made by bank transfer. If data are visible on the account statement, then Expedition Stockholm will not store these data.

In accordance with the law, you have the right to receive, at any time and free of charge, information on your registered personal data as well as on their origin, recipient and the purpose for which they were processed. You also have the right to have this data rectified, blocked or deleted. Objection to Promotional E-mails 

I hereby expressly prohibit the use of contact data published under the legal notices relating to the sending of promotional and information material not expressly requested. The site operator reserves the right to take specific legal action in the event of receipt of unsolicited advertising material, such as e-mail spam.

Contact form 

If you send me questions through the contact form, I will collect the data entered on the form, including the contact details you provide to me, to answer your question and act on your request. I do not share this information with third parties.  

Therefore, I will only process the data you enter in the contact form with your consent, in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. You can revoke your consent at any time. An informal e-mail making this request is sufficient. Data processed before receipt of your request may still be subject to legal processing.  

I will keep the data you provide on the contact form until you request its deletion, revoke your consent to its storage or the purpose of its storage is no longer relevant. This provision does not affect mandatory legal provisions, in particular those concerning mandatory data retention periods. 

Processing of data (customer and contract data) 

Personal data is only collected, processed or used insofar as it is required for the establishment, definition of the content or for alterations to the contractual relationship (inventory data). This takes place on the base of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, which allows the processing of data for the execution of a contract or for measures prior to a contract. Personal data concerning the usage of our website (user data) is only collected, processed or used insofar as this is required to enable the user to use or be invoiced for the services. 

The collected customer data will be deleted after completion of the order or after termination of the business relationship. Legal storage periods remain unaffected. 

Data transmission to third parties 

I transfer personal data to third parties only when this is necessary in the framework of fulfilling the terms of the agreement, e.g. if as a result of illness, another person has to be entrusted with the execution of the order. No further transfer of the data takes place unless you have expressly approved such a transfer. 

The basis for data transmission is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR, which allows the transmission of data for the execution of a contract or for measures prior to a contract.

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service. It is operated by Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

Anonymisation IP  

We have activated the IP anonymisation function on this website. Your IP address will be shortened by Google within the European Union or other parties to the European Economic Area agreement before being transmitted to the United States. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address sent to a Google server in the USA and shortened. Google will use this information on behalf of the operator of this website in order to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide other services regarding the website activity, and the use of the Internet for the site operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other data held by Google.

Google reCAPTCHA  

This website uses “Google reCAPTCHA” (hereinafter “reCAPTCHA”) on our websites. This service is provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”).  

reCAPTCHA is used to check whether the data entered on our website (such as on a contact form) has been entered by a human or by an automated program. To do this, reCAPTCHA analyzes the behavior of the website visitor based on various characteristics. This analysis starts automatically as soon as the website visitor enters the website. For the analysis, reCAPTCHA evaluates various information (e.g. IP address, how long the visitor has been on the website, or mouse movements made by the user).
